Difference between a free time and a "free time"

Hey guys!

One of the most common reasons why people fail to fulfil their plans are simply because they do not have enough of time. They do not have all the time they expected to have. And why? Because they don't know the difference between their "free time" and their actual free time...

Free time is a time you have for yourself, your hobies, for your friends and family, etc...

"Free time"
This is the time you do not have to be in work or school, but you still have things to do. It's your free time, but not exactly the one that allows you to "do nothing". This time is spent while doing something important or routine. From brushing your teeth in the morning to brushing your teeth before going to bed...
e.g.: doing the dishes, cooking a meal, shopping, time spent on toilet... But also time spent travelling from and to work/school.
Employers often think (or act like they do) that their employees free time is from the end of ones shift until another shift and we all know it's not true...

Free time
But after and between all those things you had to do during the day, there actually is a free time (well mostly). This is the time when you can do anything you want or anything you promised to do, but in fact don't have to it if you don't want to (I mean nothing important or nothing you will have to force yourself to do it! Because that would be "free time activity" instead).

Simply: The time after leaving work/school is still not free time until you don't have to do anything else, you don't want to do, or you have to force yourself to do.

"Free time" is often the main reason people why people fail to do something they wanted to do that day, or promised to do, because a lot of people promise or plan activities with length that exceeds their actual free time and that they aren't able to complete in the same day.

But not doing something you promised often ends with dissapointed asker and your reputation falls down...
