Fighting procrastination - start

Hey guys!

I'm currently fighting (and I will be fighting) a very hard opponent. Well it actually isn't a human-kind opponent.
It's procrastination... Very agressive and very strong opponent to fight. And it's a fight thats fought whole life. Fight that cannot be win, but fighting it will teach you how not to completely lose it or surrender to it.

But what is that procrastination?
You might ask what is that? That procrastination thing. You might heard it somewhere yet, because people worldwide are finding out that new technologies that brought so many new opportunities into our lifes are giving us too many choices how to spend our days, that some people are not able to choose any from them. They feel bored, confused and stressed about it, and boredom with stress is the biggest energy killer in our lifes.

Procrastination is avoiding things you have to do by doing things you often don't even do for some real reason, only not to feel so guilty for not doing whats necessary and not to be bored (such as endless scrolling on FB, Tumblr and other social pages or watching "funny" videos on YouTube).

The most important thing about procrastination is to admit it to yourself that you're doing it. Admit that you're a procrastinator and it ruins your everyday life and what's worse - your future life. Because only then, when you know there is a problem, you can do something about it.

But how do I find out if I am a procrastinator?
It's easy...
Have you ever had to do anything you didn't want to do and instead of doing it, you told yourself that you will do it later, then again the same:"I'll do that later" and again,... until you really had to do it or it would be a big problem? So you started to feel stressed and asked yourself:"why didn't I do it yesterday when I had time?!"
So? Have you ever did that?
Because that is the exact way of life of procrastinators. And it's happening to everyone...

This is very accurate picture I found after typing "procrastination" in google search bar :).

But don't worry, there are ways how to escape from all of this. And I'll be trying them to get experiences I'll then share with you on this blog.

Bye for now and stay tuned!!!
