Fighting procrastination - realizing

Hey guys!

First thing needed to be done when you want to start a hard fight with procrastination is realizing that you're procrastinating.

Remember: Procrastination is almost always connected with bad feeling about my recent or actual activities that can end up as a stress or even depression.

And that is the best way to find out which activities are procrastinating for you. It's not the same for everyone and it depends about what you want to do and what you have to do for it.
That means that what's procratination for one person can be a must for another person.

Example: Someone spends his free time watching videos on YouTube to learn something, one does the same but just for entertainment.
First one is not procrastination in case he really watch it in his free time.
Second one is procrastination although you feel like you have nothing else to do. Because you're just simply lying to yourself... There is always something to do for you to make your everyday life better.

But even if you're the first guy and you actually do things that are not completely useless for your life, you can be procrastinating. Everytime you do it, you will start to feel like you're supposed to do something else (e.g. bad feeling about not washed dishes while playing a guitar).

So what do you think, do you know these feelings I'm talking about? I bet you do. But don't worry, everyone does. Think about it for a while and try to think about your recent activities,

You can share some activities you mostly do instead of doing activities you should be doing in comments, so people know they're not alone with this problem.

See you next time buddies,
bye for now.
