Easy way to organize your day-by-day life

Hey guys!

Maybe you read my earlier article about how you can help yourself with organizing your life. Now I will show you one of the easiest way to do so.

To-do lists
Have you ever heard about "to-do" lists? You surely had.
It's a simple list of anything you have to do later and when you did the thing you just erase it or cross it out.

With this list, you can keep track of any upcoming task. It's like a shopping list - when you have the goods you have written down on it, you cross it down and easily know what you already have and what else you do not have yet...

What are a to-do lists good for?
To-do lists are mainly for tasks that do not need more additional info like exact time. It's the best for acitivities you know you have to do but you do not exactly know when you will have time for them. But it can also be sorted by days, weeks, or even hours while every other activity will be in the "upcoming activities list"...

Most common way - paper
The simpliest way is to grab a piece of paper and write everything you need to do. But there is a problem that the paper can be simply lost or forgotten at home. But it's also the most common way to record tasks that just came to your mind.  And you can take it anywhere you want and edit it or add tasks anytime you have a pen or .

Easy way with a lot of customization, but not reachable everywhere - notebook/laptop
Notebook/laptop is perfect for organizing things because everything is fast, you can attach images, documents, links,... and insert a lot of details that wouldn't be possible to record on paper... It's perfect for organizing bigger tasks, but not practical for simple tasks like "go shopping, take a pill,..." And not usable for tasks you will have to do when out of reach of your notebook/laptop, that you could easily forgot to do without checking your to-do list.

Best and easy way with a lot of ways to get notified - smartphone/tablet
What I see as the best choice for planning any task and creating to-do lists is smartphone or tablet. I prefer smartphones because tablet are too  big to carry in your pocket and you probably can't take them anywhere. But most smartphones are big enough to work comfortable with it but small enough to fit in pocket. There are tons of apps working as simple or very advanced to-do lists. Most of them can be set to notify you when it's time to do something you have on your list with date and time set. A lot of these apps can also be synchronized with your online accounts so you can view or edit your to-do lists from another device, even from PC with all of it's pros.

These apps can be found everywhere on internet, simply search for TO-DO list in your play store or on internet. There is one I just found and looks very promising, available for almost every device and it can be downloaded on https://todoist.com/ (no this article is not an advertisement). It needs registration for synchronizing but then, you can really access your data on a big portfolio of devices or even web browsers just by logging in with your acc info. I just installed it so I can't share my experience with it, but it really looks good, simple and full of useful functions.

Hope I helped you and maybe showed you something new.
Bye and good luck with completing your tasks...
